Wandering along Kanchenjunga on the Indian side

My penchant to see The Himalayas was a long standing one...
The love to browse over atlas as a kid was fuelled by the imagination fired upon by the description of Kanchenjunga by my beloved Titu teacher
Many a moon later the sojourn began with the flight from Mumbai..

The sky lit with myriads of colours is what you get to see when the sun sets while on flight...

It makes you wonder whether an artist can ever do justice when they they paint on Nature.

However  bright is the colour in Nature it has a subtle softness and the feel of a smoothness... the blending of colours is so intrinsic to the Nature that its quite impossible for man  to replicate...

New Delhi... The capital city of India at night looks like a cluster of stars  of the Milky Way on display.
A gentle reminder of the fact,  however bright it looks from ground zero, its like fairy lights lit...  a feat that makes a man both proud and humble...
Proud that he could achieve it but humble that he is just imitating the Nature...

This is a view when the flight tilts like a sweeping bird while aligning to the runway.

That was Day 1...
